THEMA:

Seit Samstag bin ich immer wieder mal am Weiterkonfigurieren von meinem MeteoTemplate.
Herr Dubler hat mich darauf aufmerksam gemacht.

Es ist recht zügig installiert - benötigt auf dem Server eine Datenbank (heute standard) und die Konfiguration ist im WiKi gut beschrieben. Dennoch benötigt man 1 bis 2 Stunden, bis das Teil läuft. Aber was dann kommt: COOL !

Danach beginnt die eigentliche Konfiguration des Templates. Es stehen Blocks und Plugins zur Verfügung und man kann sich damit ausgiebig beschäftigen

Nun nachdem nun meine (Test)-Seite grob konfiguriert ist, trat natürlich die Frage auf: Und was ist mit den alten Daten? Auch da gibts eine tolle Lösung. Und zwar so toll, dass mir das Kinn fast auf den Tisch gefallen ist. Wer schon ewig zu WunderGround exportiert hat oder aus seinem bestehenden Wetterprogramm eine CSV erstellen kann, importiert mit wenigen Mausklicks.

Und das meine ich so, wie ich das schreibe - sowas hab ich noch nie gesehen !

- Man wählt den Import
- Setzt seine WU-ID ein
- Mit einem Klick checkt man die ID's der gelieferten Parameter
- Man trägt diese in die Tabelle ein
- Macht ieinen Testimport
- Macht den scharfen import.

Ich habe nun mal testweise ab 1.1.2017 importiert. Das dauerte ca 1 min !

Ich muss mich eeeeetwas korrigieren:

Der Import von WU hat zwar super funktioniert - aber die Daten waren nicht so toll.
Insbesondere der Regen wurde mit rechten bugs übernommen. Auch die Temperatur hat teils eigenartige "spikes".

Hat jemand schon mal einen Export aus meteoplug importiert und weiss "per Zufall" grad noch seine Einstellungen?

first of all thank you for the compliment, this unfortunately is not an issue with the script - it is simple - everytime there is some kind of a problem and there is WU involved - it is 99% sure it is WU that is causing this. It is a developer´s nightmare, you should see their absolute inconsistency with the API, constant data changes, unreliable... nightmare...

Thanks for your answer - yes, I think, I delete the 2 imported months. If I check the graphs: horror!

What do you think about a button (like WU) für meteoplug?
Meteoplug is a very often used cloud-solution and has a standarizated export (monthly).

I can send you a file as a demo via mail.

WU is not the only option for data import. Originally I had scipts for WD, Cumulus etc., but it was becoming a nightmare adding all sorts of different files, which is why I decided to do an easier solution - allow you to choose the format yourself, so if you do the File Import, you can tell the script exactly what your file looks like and it will do the import from that.

You can set the field numbers, date/time formats and units, and this works with all SW like WD, Cumulus etc. and even ones I have never seen before, so it solves the problem and for me it is also easier having only one script and not having to create new one for each SW.

The reason WU is separate is only because it is loaded from a URL, not a file.

Ah, ok. I understand.

Martin Dubler told me, that the export from meteoplug makes one only Problem: The Rain is not exported in "Ticks". The Rain is a endless summary.

So meteotemplate has to calculate the difference from timestamp to timestamp?

Im looking at the file you sent me, Im afraid this wont be usable. It looks totally different than any of the other SW and most importantly, the db requires a single data set at defined interval, not each variable at different interval with its own timestamp. I think I have actually seen similar file in the past from Meteoplug, but this is not usable for the import or db. Im afraid you will have to use WU. meteoplug produces something totally different than any other sw (WD, Cumulus, WView, WeatherCat, Meteobridge PRO etc.). We need a file with one line - one data set.

wollte mal ausprobieren ob ich meine Daten von Meteobridge an "template" bei der Einstellung Wetterstationen übermitteln kann, da tut sich aber gar nichts...! Muss ich mich da zuerst bei Template anmelden und dann erst kann ich Template bei der Einstellung/Meteorbridge einstellen. Bei den meisten anderen Wetterstationen musste ich die direkt anwählen und dann den mir gegebenen Code eingeben.

Danke für den Bericht - sonst denke ich ist die ganze Sache zu aufwändig!

Das Template musst Du auf einem Stück Server (Hosting) installieren. Ist aber an und für sich keine Hexerei.
Erst dann kannst Du es füllen
Ich kann Dir das sonst machen.
- Hosting bei metanet
- Domainname, zB seegraeben-wetter.ch
- installieren
- und los gehts

Dem Ersteller sollte man 50€ für sein Template überweisen, er hats verdient.
Ich hätte alles in allem wohl ca 3h für das Einrichten, bis alles läuft.
